Satori Fermentos, founded in 2023 in Gijón by David Feito, emerges from the love of fermentation and oriental cuisine.  In our shop we make all kinds of fermented and pickled products in an artisan way. We also offer take-away food and a variety of cooking and fermentation courses. With a firm commitment to quality, sustainability and innovation, our objectives are clear: to make tasty, healthy and surprising things.
